in 1.4.7 there is the option, if you click a crate twice fast with a block you want to store, it will store all blocks of that kind you have in your inventory.
also in 1.4.7 if you click twice fast with leftclick, it will erase all the items inside the crate and give you only two stacks of it. (just killed a crate with 15k glass or so in it T_T)
This problem is gone in 1.5.2.
BUT: you cant store all the items anymore, you need to store every single item stack per stack. it would be very nice if you could bring back the "store all" function.
also it would be nice if you could implement a config to disable the "take all" function.
if i want to have two stacks of cobble and click fast on it, it will fill my whole inventory...not nice.

known issue... read down the issue list and there is an issue report for the double click being broken. Also i will not be re-adding double click remove all if i fix it.
