While working with crates in my factory, first time i've got to mess with it in 2 months, i noticed even with a basic crate i can't move. This means the slowing effect is far to high for the cost of moving the crate by hand.

Fix: reduce the slowing amount
Addition: make the slowing amount config-able though this might need a packet handler to inform the client of the correct amount.
