A new feature that was added in 1.5.2 final release was to power machines from belts. The feature was designed so that wires were not need to power machines connected to conveyor belt network. Network includes any machines that is part of AL and runs on UE power. This didn't work out so well and needs to be correct in 1.6.2 release.

As well Buildcraft support needs to be finished so that belts will power buildcraft machines.
