Add: 3D Printers

Should be able to produce cheap materials at a really slow rate
Acceptable Materials:
- Plastic
- Paper
- Resin
- Wax
Metal 3D printing will not be directly supported. However, wax molds can be created to make 3D metal parts as well metal powder could be printed. Both would require additional steps to be a usable metal part.
