Section 4 of the license you have chosen basically says "this mod is closed source don't even think about looking at the source"... except you've got it as an open source mod on GitHub. You should probably choose a proper open source license (there is a good list here).

It was a copy and past license that i didn't read threw all the way. I rewrote section 4 for open source since it was original wrote for closed source mods. Anyways i'm not a fan of most open sources license as a dev i lose the right to restrict the use of the code, and use of the mod. Though if i find a decent one in the future i might start to use it.
