It doesn't show any text when using Here's What You're Looking At (HWYLA) mod.

Also when in inventory or creative menu, the tooltips don't say much about how the items function.

I will look into this. What kind of tooltip are you talking about? One in the inventory that tells you how to use the cart when hovering over it? I'd like to not have something like that to match the vanilla items.

Both actually. I would rather the top 3 kind of tooltip when in inventory, instead of the bottom one. Specially for plow, I had to open the curseforge page to understand how it works. In this kind of tooltip the [SHIFT] key is for item description and the [CTRL] key is for how to control the item behaviors with keyboard.

For the HWYLA mod though what I mean is that if you look at the top-center part of my screen in previous screenshots you see a tooltip/HUD element which shows the name of the thing that I'm looking at:

• In the 1st image I'm looking at one of your carts and it doesn't show me the name of it (which gets me even more confused about which is which, specially when in survival)
• In the 2nd image I'm looking at a grass and it shows me the name of it. It even works for the modded items. Here's another image for reference:
