i receive a error and astral sorcery will not load due to forge not being update on it. it says File astralsorcery-1.12.2-1.10.20 is for an older version of forge and cannot be loaded. i reall want to make this work please help...

Sounds like you're not using a version of Forge for 1.12. What Forge version are you trying to load?
