[1.15.2] Skin overlay is not present during camera flight

Reproduced on 5166163.

Just noticed this after I updated my skin with a secondary layer. The FOV in the video log has been decreased to demonstrate the bug. When the camera flight occurs, the skin overlay will disappear, leaving a naked me... Embarrassing, as I do not have any clothes...
