After using the /maximize command in my creative world, I noticed an entirely unfinished chapter if the Astral Tome called brilliance. Excited, I wrote down a few features I would love to see in the final chapter of this mod.

Dark Star: With you having full knowledge of the visible stars, you begin to notice that a spherical mass occasionally blots out the stars for brief amounts of time. There seems to be only, as it moves quickly and unpredictably. The book warns you that you are viewing a black hole, a void in the fabric of the sky you are so fond of. Maybe it's power will lead to your downfall... or greater discovery?

Improved Celestial Gateway: This gateway, unlike it's predecessor, would allow the transport of not only players, but also blocks, entities, and maybe even tile entities. It would also have the capabilities to do this automatically, but it would consume large amounts of starlight as payment.

Petromantic Prime Usage: Due to this unused block being a carbon copy of the Neromantic Prime, I assumed it was still in development. Due to the length of starlight infusion, and the setup needed to produce it, this would be a much faster alternative, infusing large amounts of blocks beneath it.

Eclipse: The Eclipse would be an event, similar to a raid, that is tied to the mysterious dark star. By creating a great astral apparatus, you could shroud the sun in a great darkness, bringing a darkness so deep that the monsters of the realms beyond would advance into your world. Several horrible creatures would hunt you down, but if you managed to bring them down, you would be rewarded with Void Cloth, a material so volatile that holding large amounts would inflict the Void Curse debuff, disabling health regen and your astral powers.

Void Blowgun: However, you have learned to weaponize the void. By creating a blowgun-type apparatus, you can blow void-infused aquamarine pellets that use the void's curse t your advantage.

Astral Flute: The astral flute, one of the greatest relics of the ancient Astral Mages, would require great peril in order to attain it. Not only would you have to brave a dragon so powerful that the lanky and terrifying enderman bow down to it, you would have to summon and destroy the 3-headed nether lord himself, the Wither! Once you did this though, you could create the Astral Flute. When used, the Astral Flute summons a Starlight Dragon, which you could mount to fly through the starry sky at incredible speed, as well as buffing your astral reservoir and shooting bursts to pure radiance at any foes foolish enough to challenge you.

I'm really digging the Starlight Dragon idea- certainly the Ice and Fire/Citadel Library people could help with that :)

Maybe they could have integration...

cool idea! i think a late game way to manage perk effects better than irradiant stars and sealing sigils would be nice on this list. being able to set hot keys for groups of perks on the skill tree.

Thank You! And ironfprcefeild, that could be a new bauble. Say the Voidic Shroud, which allows you to hotkey in seperate abilities.
Even better, you could choose 2 different perk trees and swtch between them using the shroud. Say Aevitas for farming, than Vicio in general.
