Celestial Gateways force players into 1st person view

Walking near a Celestial Gateway while in one of the 3rd person views resets your view to 1st person. Also the 'change perspective' key is disabled when near a gateway.

That's always been a necessary thing due to the way how the gateway UI is rendered..
