The corrupted Vicio ritual does not disable flight

Extra info since I forgot to add that:
The tome info about the corrupted Vicio ritual says: "The very air turns against those inside, with flight disabled and great Slowness and Fatigue inflicted."
CEffectVicio.java also appears to attempt to disable flight, but it has no effect. The flight grant from the normal Vicio ritual does give flight, however.
