In what appears to be a regression of issue #1247, evorsio rituals are now breaking ritual anchors again.

Ritual has broken the anchor, even with one on the marble arch for blacklisting

Astral Sorcery version - 1.16.4-1.13.8

The anchor is 1 block below where it should be in that image.
Regardless, there's a bug that the filter-blocks are, instead of 1-3 blocks above the marble, 2-4 blocks above the marble.

That will be fixed next version.
