Using the Stellar Refraction Table with Pelotrio to enchant a fishing rod can result in lure levels above 3. Using a fishing rod with a lure level of over 3 makes fish never bite, which makes fishing impossible.

I just noticed Alcara can do the same.

I should verify what I read. Only lure 9 or higher stops fishing.
