[1.16.5] Aevitas Mineral Enrichment can convert all blocks with the tag forge:stones

Original issue: EnigmaticaModpacks/Enigmatica6#1147
The Mineral Enrichment perk that converts blocks to ore seems to target forge:stone, which has a fairly high chance of converting the player's base to ores. I recommend that you instead target minecraft:base_stones_overworld
