• build Iridescent altar
• put tuned Celestial crystal in upper left slot (constellation lines appeared in sooty marble)
• put 8 relays on sooty marble
• put all ingredients and mantle image appears in the right of crafting interface
  Clicking altar with resonation wand only gives a brief flash of white light above altar and spark above it increases in size for a moment

Crafting is not started and additional ingredients images do not appear on relays
