[1.16.4] Infuser recipies with "consumeMultipleFluids" set to "true" do not seem to consume any fluids

When using a recipe in the starlight infuser that has the "consumeMultipleFluids" property set to "true", such as the infused crystal tools recipes, no fluids ever seem to be consumed during the process.
