Unsure how to properly describe this issue. Set up perks + Dynamism gems such that .20 (20%) movement speed increase is possible. Upon doing this, it occasionally works, but then other times it bugs out when sprinting and the speed increase stops and doesn't come back until I juggle the dynamism gems around, or if I completely reset with an Irradiant Star and then respec into said perks. None of the perks path I have chosen passes any of the negative speed modifiers. (That is to say, sprinting seems to undo the speed increase and break it)
