Excited to see we can now adjust adjust what block Starmetal Ore reverts to.

We've been tossing around gating starmetal behind something other than Iron for Expert in Enigmatica 6. We're swapping back and forth between Normal/Expert via KubeJS, so we'd need to be able to adjust this via datapack.

Either way, awesome change!
