Upgrading Altar causes server crash and prevents Astral Tome from unlocking next chapter

When you perform the craft to upgrade the altar the server immediately crashes when picking up the new table. Whilst you get the advancement the crash prevents the tome from registering the progress requiring you to remake the table, which again crashes the server. This happens with the Starlight Crafting Altar and the Celestial Crafting Altar. Crash Report Attached for all 3 crashes.
