[1.16.5] Perk prevents autosmelting enchant from working, disabling perks does not help

If you get 'Spatial Manipulation' perk, it will teleport mined blocks to inventory before 'Autosmelting' enchantment from tool, and also, using 'Toggle Perk & Tool abilities' button does not prevent this.
