Confused how to progress.

Hello and Goodday.
I am doing a Lets Play of Nuts and Bolts Torqued and this Mod is in the pack. I am confused how to progress. I Got to the point of the Celestial Altar but cannot for the life of me find a way to generate enough Starlight to make the Starlight Infuser.
I am built up quite high at Y level 129 and the area I choose appeared to have good starlight. when I was unable to progress I went ahead and made the Sky Wave Resonator. But any area marked high in Starlight actually has less Starlight then the one I choose that is not marked with the Starlight Particles. I am playing In a single play world and tried the Spectral relays but they don't seems to be helping either. Any help would be much appreciated as this is holding me back greatly.
I managed to fix the issue by moving the altar center 3 blocks. Odd since it was directly on one of the sparkling blocks. Either way it is working fine now. Many thanks for the response. Loving the mod good work.
The spectral relay doesn't add too much to the altar, only a bit to skip searching for the skywave field on tier1 and push that to tier2 a bit.
I wonder how this can happen though. As far as collection rates are concerned, the altar searches for height and the 'density' of the skywave field (ones with white sparkles in them are close to best). Are you sure you've built at the same height and so on?
So, looking up through your videos and stuff - since i am aware that you're playing through NaB:T - i am uncertain as to why that isn't enough.. the 'sparkly area' and >= Y 120 should be sufficient to provide enough. Obviously nighttime is a factor.
A potential workaround would be to craft your own collector crystal and hook that up to the altar - which requires much more stuff from the mod itself to craft one, so i'm uncertain if you'd like to do that at this point since you've said you 'just want that and come back to each mod later on'. So i'm kinda puzzled as to what i should suggest you to do... another thing that could potentially be the case: 'white sparkles' appear at a strength of 80% or higher. so it could potentially be that it's like 80% and just cutting-edge not good enough - which would be a bummer i know >_>
