Projected on the sky with new system would allow you to have more potent rituals/enchantments/starlight collection.
They could work simillary to perks, you first choose a base (derived from default constellations) in which there are slots for gem-like thingies.
These gems would affect the constellations in various ways.

• add enchants and effects that refraction table would provide to items
• enhance and determine ritual effect
• enhance and provide effects to mantles
• change the night cycle when the constellation shows (always present constellations could be possible)

These constellations might be powerful, but could require very long grind to make them perfect.
