Attuned with Discidia, Discida wand, and Mantle of the Stars with Discida upgrade. I end up with Bleeding II and it breaks my armor and kills me when attacking mobs. The effect amplifies when attacking multiple mobs in sequence.

From Discord testing: able to replicate with Mantle and Perks alone, Rod does not appear involved to trigger replication.

Update: Shifting Star removal of Discidia perks and only the Discidia Mantle equipped was still causing it from Jeff's testing in Discord.
