Witnessed in a testworld without any enchantments on either crystal pickaxe. Crystal pickaxe was obtained from the creative menu, then about 7 stacks of sandstone were mined with one pickaxe, bringing it down to 43% Cutting level (standard stats is 2400-100-100) Both picks then tested against obsidian (I admit I counted this in my head) and took 9 seconds to break the obsidian.
