Output chance seems to be reversed:
Example setting to 0.01 (1%) makes it so it doubles it 0.99 (99%) of the time.

Also making it so 100% guaranteed turn into 0%.

Did some further testing, this doesn't only affect CraftTweaker scripts, this seems to be the case for everything.
