I have two gateways set up correctly and my screen dims as I step onto them and I see the starts. however no Yellow star shows up with a destination. I am sure they are set up correctly because the screen dims and I see all the stars. Both have clean line of sight to the sky.

This was fixed in 1.9.3. please update.
