Can't see structure blocks for Spectral Relay

The Tome doesn't show the names for the blocks in the spectral relay. The names show as blank. (Consequently I've been unable to make the structure work, but that's another issue.)

I'm on 1.9.4, but I've noticed this in other versions (this is the first time I've really been able to sit down with it.)

Full modlist? What's your forge version?

What's your language set to? Something is interacting here with the font display, but need the above to see if there's a good option config I'm aware of.

I'm on forge 2745, although I've seen this on other versions. My full modlist is embarrassingly large as I try out various mods. Fortunately, the Excel Modlist Exporter is one.

Wow, you weren't kidding for size! I see there's a couple in there that change font stuff, but nothing with known issues I'm aware of. There's a lot I'm unsure of, though. You may need to try a binary approach on a test copy assuming it doesn't happen with only AS, Forge, and Baubles present (start with half the mods in the list, if it doesn't occur, check with the other half, keep cutting the number of mods in the half replicating until you find the culprit).

Having tracked this down, I'd be surprised if it was. However, I have no idea what to report to the other mod authors. I was hoping you could help me bring them in to take a look.

I'm not familiar with the MC or Forge APIs, but I'd feel better if we could track this down while we can see it.

Oy! This was a mess to unravel.
It happens when AS/Baubles is installed with both Embers and Colorblind Helper (req. EnderCore).

Seems to be some interaction with the FontRenderer then? I'm not sure this is my mod's fault.
