I've attempted multiple times to do a personal attunement, and every time, it fails.

I get swirling lights, a bright moonbeam, and then nothing. I can't even mouse scroll through my hotbar, and my character won't respond to left or right click. Did I do something wrong or out of order? When this happens, I have to disconnect and reconnect to he server to be able to mouse wheel scroll and perform left/right click actions.
