Evorsio Resonating Wand deleting drops on single blocks

When breaking blocks with this wand active, the original block does not produce its drops. When breaking multiple blocks, you receive n-1 drops, and when breaking a single block, you receive 0. Only happens when the effect triggers,
Tested with wand in off-hand and diamond pickaxe in main hand, in survival, on multiplayer.
