Water Breathing and Aqua Affinity are persistent traits for all players in all dimensions.

Issue:
Regardless of dimension and gear, all players can permanently breathe underwater, and there is no mining slowness while under water in the Overworld/The End (not tested in other modded dimensions, but issue persists with any other number of mods installed.)
Also, I was wondering if it is possible to remove this mod from an existing world. Every fix I have tried thus far results in a datapack error upon trying to load the world without the mod installed. This mod is holding my world hostage and these issues make me more desperate to find a way to remove it.
