Every time I use an Atomic Rocket, Atomic Explosives, or any other atomic weapon with Guns, Rockets and Atomic Explosions version 1.17.1-0.9.5 it leads to a crash. I'm using forge 1.17.1-forge-37.0.67 without any other mods. This is the crash message I get along with the entire crash log.

Thank you for reporting this. It worked with 37.0.35 but crashed with later versions. I will look into this problem but might not fix it until the stable version of forge comes out.
