I wanted to know if they can spawn from spawners because there are many popular mods that allow players to obtain or craft the mob spawners in survival. I think that it would be good to have the option to disable infernal mobs spawning from spawners so they only spawn naturally in the world and can't be farmed through this method.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to distinguish mobs that spawn naturally from those coming out of spawners. One could brute force it by checking the vicinity of every spawning mob for spawners, but that would likely lag.
