Issue Description

Attributes added by mods, for example, forge adds some attributes like forge:swim_speed. These attributes do not appear in the config file so that they cannot be modified.

Hello, this was intended at the time because modded attributes are generally unaffected by this issue and would often offer their own config options. While newer versions now allow modded attributes to be modified the 1.16.5 version is no longer being maintained and will not receive an update.
