Mod Polymorph is used to resolve recipe conflict and the glass blower furnace need this mod to smelt strange sand.

No it does not, it works just fine without any recipe conflict solver mods. If I recall correctly, CraftTweaker actually (somehow) changes the load order of recipes, which does make the recipe not work.
