[Request] option do disable portal spawn when going into Atum

Hi, I think it could be usefull to be able to disable the portal from spawning when going into the Atum dimension from the overworld just like the option of not spawning a portal when startinf in Atum. It would make it so that when activating that option in the config file, players would have to rebuild the portal in a oasis in order to escape from the dimension.
