so i just downloaded the mod and realised that vanilla ores never spawn in the overworld modded biomes . for me i made a single biome world to be the sparse forest and i grinded big tunnels and tried strip mining and i found nothing other than stone . i couldnt find no coal no iron nothing . is it from the mod that prevents these ores from generating or is the problem from my side ? . looking forward to see your thoughts
