I'm on 1.21 using Fabric on a windows laptop

It seems to work fine at first, it worked perfectly earlier today and I didn't change any settings anywhere
Normally there is a green checkmark or a red cross on the lock icon but now there are 3 yellow dots.
When I choose the microsoft login method it seems to work fine at first but it when it finishes and says: Hello, [my username], I'm still not logged in and it's still shows the 3 yellow dots. I've tried to restart the game and my laptop, I reinstalled the mod, I disabled firewalls, reconnected to the internet and nothing seems to work. It's also very strange because I also use the Essential Mod and it can't connect to the "Essential Network". It's just stuck on connecting
