I know this is a pretty big ask but it would be really nice to have thirst was taken drinks work with the feeder helmet so thirst could be automated like food.

Thirst is not a default thing in minecraft, therefor I would have to make big changes to include other mods drinks and thirst system.
That is not within the scope of this mod, sorry :(
