Whitelist config doesn't work as intended

first of all thanks for this adition but now other mobs that are in the list wont have a lvl only the ones that have "" for example I have this in my config "dungeons_mobs:", "minecraft:zombie" only dungeons mobs have levels and normal minecraft zombies wont spawn whit lvls.
