Any blocks broken with a smelting touch tool only drop 2 of that item

For some reason, when allowing multiple broken blocks from a smelting touch tool to stack, they only stack up to 2 items. I noticed that as I was drying out some sponges with my smelting touch hoe some of the sponges were disappearing, and after testing realized that any dropped items past 2 would disappear. I have heard that this issue has been happening with people on my server that have been using a vein-mining enchantment with smelting touch, but I just assumed that the mods weren't compatible with each other. Turns out that it's just an issue with smelting touch.
Oh that is concerning, I'll look into this bug, I won't be able to look into it until Monday though.
