Describe the bug
When you add e.g. raw cod and raw salmon to the item filter, these items continue to be caught.

To Reproduce
Add raw salmon and raw cod to the item filter. Check the item filter is active. Fish.

Expected behavior
Fish should be excluded from being caught while the filter is active.

Alternatively, if this is intended behaviour, fish should be removed from the filter entirely as leaving them selectable just breeds confusion and dismay. They shouldn't show up at all if they're unable to be filtered.

At the moment, filtered items will only be thrown if they are not in your hotbar. The item filter also only works in singleplayer. I know this sounds stupid, but I don't have time to figure them out yet.
