When walking on a grass block with mushrooms, the mushrooms break

Version 1.5 for 1.20.1 on fabric.

I am also noticing that there are various modded plants that are supposed to be on grass/dirt, but break with automatic path. Maybe the paths are missing a dirt/grass block tag or something?

I tried on 1.20.2 but mushroom doesn't break.. Tell me if there is a specific setup !
