I'm Having the same problem, I can't still on the server for more than a few minutes without being disconnected. If I move around I'm ok, but as soon as i stand still for more than a few minutes i get disconnected.
MC:1.12.2

I'm currently in the process of building a modpack for our server, so it's only in it's test phase, but i can't have this happen once the server launches.
I start seeing this problem after installing few new mods, and only when I jump... :
- Minecraft Transport Simulator
- Black Throne Empire Vehicle
- UNU Parts Pack
- MTS Seagulls
UPD. After removing and restoring world
Without these mods problem is away...
Got the exact same issue on my server.

Apparently, the error started when one of the players enabled the Lock Rotation function. They lost connection a few seconds later, and then couldn't connect back until the server was restarted.
i have this problem but with ftb utilities and i cant solve :(... if you will help me, send me a message on wpp. +5584998028348
