Grass and other decoratives have a useful convenience where placing a block in their location breaks the plant and replaces it with the block. Currently with leaves, placing a block near one will actually place the block on top of the leaves one block above. They should function the same as other plants

They're meant to function the same way as leaf carpets from Quark, which block block placement.
