Draconic Evolution mod version : 3.1.2.604

I was just wondering : why does the Infinity Sword, that is supposed to do Infinity Attack Damage, is only shown to do 1004 in the preview (idk which mod makes this but perhaps Jade) and does not in fact one shot the Chaos Guardian from Draconic Evolution? Is is Avaritia's code or Draconic's code that prevents killing blows against it?

Any enlightment would be welcome.
