  1. it allows you to get higher than 100 if its full moon and you use maxed cleanse
  2. it doesn't increase damage because i tried it and there was literally no difference

  1. Yeah that's intentional, the wiki is just outdated.
  2. It will in the next update, it's just bad implementation so far
