I am building a world inspired by the series, but, as soon as I finished building a water tribe, airbenders started spawning in it. Can I make it so they only appear if I spawn them? I´ve been looking trough the files, but I can´t find anything that lets me change this.

You will probably need another mod/plugin to resolve this.
