While roaming a world in Creative mode, I got a little toast on my screen that informed me Baby Mobs had run into an issue.

I pressed the keybind it prompted me to, and it showed this prompt:

Apparently the issue didn't cause a crash, but still generated a crash log? Never seen this before.
