If I have Baby Mobs and RandomPatches installed, baby shulkers' attacks seem to cause a game crash.
Specifically, I can reproduce the crash by using a baby shulker spawn egg, going into survival, and waiting for the baby shulker to attack. I get a VanillaFix crash message listing Baby Mobs and RandomPatches as possible causes. Furthermore, removing RandomPatches prevents the issue. Trying to reload the same world results in another crash.
