1.20.1 allow version 47.1.3 to be compatible with other mods that do not allow higher

Please allow lower versions of forge so that the mod can work with other mods such as Twilight Forest which do not allow version higher than 47.1.3

The version limits are there because forge changes, it might introduce unecessary bug reports, that is if it works in the first place.
